Carolina was born in Limassol. Her dance teacher was Nadina Loizidou.

In 1995 and 1997 she represented Cyprus at the « Eurovision Contest for Young Dancers » (Eurovision des Jeunes Danseurs) in Lausanne-Switzerland and Gdansk-Poland. She graduated with a teaching degree in dance in Montpellier-France, where she studied under the direction of Rudy Bryans. In May 2001 she received her diploma and soon after gained a scholarship to study at the « Real Conservatorio Profesional De Danza » in Madrid. For the next three years she was invited as guest-dancer at Dance Festivals in Millau and Châteauroux, France.

From 2001 to 2004 she was a soloist at the « Komische Oper » in Berlin. She was also invited occasionally as guest soloist-dancer in Paris. In March and April 2005 she cooperated with the composer Avril Julien and « Parakentro » and produced the piece « KYMA » for the Platforma Festival in Limassol and Thessalonika. In 2006 she worked with director Logginos Panagi in his play « Magiko Theatro ».

In 2006 she founded the Dance Company « KYMA » which was chosen, from the International Dance Platform, to represent Cyprus in Lisbon, November 2006.

She worked as a guest-dancer for « Ballet des Staatstheater Braunschweig ». Later she works as soloist at the National Theater of Munich.

In August 2009 she is appointed Artistic Director of Dancecyprus and she presents the first Dance Gala in Cyprus in September 2009 with principal and soloist dancers and choreographers from world renowned European Companies. In November 2009 she presents « Triptycho », in November 2010 « Dancecyprus 2nd Gala » and in November 2011 « Dancecyprus & Rosamunde Trio ».

She worked with the Italian choreographer Mauro de Candia on a 50 minute solo, based on the greek tragedy « Medea » which was presented in February 2010 in Berlin,Germany and Barletta,Italy.

In May 2010 she forms « Dancecyprus Junior Co » which makes its first stage appearance at the «Dance Cyprus 2nd Gala» with her own choreography « Echos ».

In August 2011, she opens the dance studio « Scène », where she will have her own dancing classes for children aged 4-18 years old, starting in October 2011.

Every year she gives seminars on classical repertoire, classical ballet and contemporary dance all over the island. At the same time she organizes auditions and selects talented dancers who she intensively trains on a high professional level and gives them the opportunity to participate in her productions along other renowned professional dancers.

The debut of such a selection of dancers was in November 2012 in her production «Earthing».

In September of 2013, she presents « Atitlo » (« Untitled ») at the Cultural Festival « Kypria 2013 » with 45 Cypriot and foreign dancers participating including dancers from the company « Junior Company » founded by her. In July 2014 she stages « Café De Paris » her school’s (« Scène ») first children’s performance and « Island in the Sun » in July 2016.

She stages « Entopion » the 1st Dance Gala for Cypriot dancers in July 2017
